Selesa,lengkap dan memuaskan
Saya berpuas hati dengan penginapan di sini. Walaupun menginap pada bulan ramandan, sahur tidak disediakan tetapi sarapan tetap ditapau dan dihantar ke bilik. Bilik selesa dan kelengkapan mencukupi.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich
Das Hotel verspricht einen Flughafentransfer,stimmt nicht Wäscheservice klappte auch nicht Zimmerservice:es: wurden nur die Betten gemacht und kurz durchgefegt,wollte man frische Handtücher haben müsste man zur Rezeption laufen.... Beim Frühstücksbuffet ,ging bis 11Uhr , wurde ab 9Uhr nur widerwillig und nach mehrfacher Anfrage nachgelegt,alles sehr missmutig. Der Kaffee war schrecklich,habe dann Cappuccino bestellt den musste man bezahlen,war etwas besser. Der Pool war 1.40 tief ,also eher für Kinder Die 6 Liegen am Pool waren dreckig und kaputt. Man könnte so viel aus diesem tollen Resort machen . Aber man merkt dass dort keine richtige Leitung dahintersteckt und jeder vor sich hindümoelt meistens mit eigenem Handy beschäftigt Toiletten häufig verstopft ,warmes Wasser nicht täglich. Betten sind sehr kurz ,für Menschen über 1.78nicht geeignet und es riecht alles so moderig,,habe Zimmer gewechselt das war dann etwas besser Leider Wir kommen nicht wieder die Lage ist toll Aber eben nur die Lage ,alles andere stimmt nicht

Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber Im Bad gibt es Duschgel und Haarshampoo,jeweils 1Handtuch p.P. Was mich etwas geärgert hat,ständig fehlte etwas Kein Fön da, obwohl ausgeschrieben,Mal keine Handtücher und Toilettenpapier,hauchdünn ,musste ich auch von der Rezeption holen Das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Hotel Weiß rot,Butter, 1offene Marmelade,welche es war konnte ich nicht sagen Kaffee furchtbar,,Tee ganz gut,welcker Salat Eier im er kalt und Kartoffelecken,auch immer kalt,ein paar Bohnen und Nudeln,das war's dann auch Ach so Cornflakes und .Milch gab es immer
