Very Good
The location of the hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming.
The party of football teams were very noisy in the corridors, shouting to each other late at night. There was actually someone kicking a ball about in their bedroom above me around 9pm in the evenings.

Wonderful
Staff were all very polite and helpfull. Although the hotels location was very good unfortunately I chose to stay there on the Chinese new year therefore, I was still awake at four in the morning with fireworks and crackers exploding. I am now going to Penang for a few weeks but I will be returning to The Five Elements Hotel for a further four nights because, I liked the hotel and the staff. Also the fireworks will have stopped by then.
Nothing, on previous trips to KLM I have tended to find hotels in and around the Bintang Rd area of KLM however, in future I will defiantly be returning to The Five Elements Hotel.
